Instructions for product returns and exchanges
1. This product belongs to personal [hygiene products] and [food]. Once opened, returns cannot be provided.
2. The official website provides a seven-day free appreciation period for this product ( including holidays ) . Only products with unopened outer boxes can apply for returns or exchanges.
3. The returned goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged. If the goods are incomplete or damaged upon return due to improper packaging, it is equivalent to the value of the goods being damaged, and returns and exchanges will not be possible.
4. To handle the return or exchange of goods, please go to the official shopping cart to return the goods within seven days after receiving the goods. If you are unable to return the goods, please send a letter to customer service, and we will have a dedicated person to serve you.
5. To protect your shopping rights, please video the entire unboxing process; if there are new product defects or other problems, please report it to customer service and provide the video file to help confirm that it is a defect in the product itself or a shipping problem.
Return/Refund Procedure
Shipping service:

2. The actual delivery date, return and exchange date of the product shall be subject to the display on the shopping platform. If any product is delayed in shipment, we will send you a separate email notification.
3. The product shipping time takes about 7 to 10 working days. ※If it is a pre-ordered product, the delivery date will be announced on the following single-day website.
4. After the company receives your order, if you fail to complete the normal payment within 1 day after placing the order, the order shall be deemed to be invalid. Please place a new order according to your needs.
5.If you have not received the goods immediately after receiving the order for more than 1 week after receiving the order for the shipped goods, in order to protect your rights and interests, the company may cancel the order and ask the customer to place a new order. ※If consumers order goods twice (inclusive) and fail to pick up the goods within the period, they will be blacklisted.
